Its a lot. Sometimes it’s too much. And even when our bodies tell us to slow down, us women keep pushing through.
And when the holidays hit, the pressure only increases
The women who take care of everyone else often end up with the fallout – flare-ups, headaches, burnout, exhaustion. Not because we’re doing something wrong, but because we’re carrying so much.
You can’t keep giving if you’re running on empty. YOU deserve support, too.
So this year, Larisa from A Step Above Massage and I created something that takes a major weight off your shoulders and gives you the space to move into the holidays feeling calm, present, cared for, and confident that everything’s handled.
Package Includes:
(All services below are for one person—for example, scheduling can be done for your mother, while you keep the massages for yourself. You can mix and match to fit your family’s needs.)
- Two 60-minute therapeutic Swedish massages proven to ease inflammation and restore energy.
- Doctor & Specialist Appointment Scheduling – We’ll coordinate directly with healthcare offices to schedule visits (including specialists) that fit your calendar. Just share your availability—we’ll handle the rest.
- Pharmacy Coordination – We’ll communicate with pharmacies to ensure prescriptions are ordered before the fill date and everything’s ready on time.
- Insurance Coverage Confirmation – We’ll call your insurance provider to verify coverage, confirm accurate pricing, and reduce risk of billing surprises.
- Appointment Reminders – Personalized reminders sent through your preferred communication method, so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Medical Records Coordination – We’ll handle sending records from previous providers to new doctors or specialists—no fax machines, no stress.
- Prescription Transfers – We’ll take care of moving prescriptions between pharmacies when needed.
- Prescription Delivery Setup – We’ll assist in setting up delivery options (if available), saving you or your loved one another trip.
What’s Not Included
(Can be added at an additional hourly rate of $75/hour)
Insurance Appeals Assistance – If a treatment, medication, or procedure is denied, we can help your doctor initiate an appeal by coordinating communication between the doctor, insurance provider, and patient.
Flexibility You’ll Love
Not all services need to be for the same person. For example, you can enjoy the two 60-minute therapeutic massages yourself or your parent, while we handle appointment scheduling for your parent/spouse/yourself/child.
Scheduling services apply to one individual’s medical coordination, while massages can be shared or gifted.
Normally these services cost over $350 before tax + fees. But if you book before November 30th, you’ll save $75
